Disliked: I stayed at Hotel Abaca Messidor by HappyCulture and had to cut my stay short after finding bed bugs in my room (I have photos and videos as evidence). While I was still at the hotel, staff told me they were “certified bed bug free” but at the same time offered to refund one night of my stay if I left early.It has now been nearly a month, and no refund has been issued despite that commitment.I was disappointed not only by the cleanliness concern but also by the inconsistency and lack of follow-through. I hope future guests have a better experience.The toilet seat was also messed up and no leg room

Liked: The location is excellent, with supermarkets and bakeries nearby, and easy access to the metro, buses, and the city center. The reception staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
