Passable

Disliked: The hotel staff were insulting, especially during the evening shift. I requested a glass of hot water for my wife, who wasn’t feeling well, and the staff member responded, “We don’t offer this service. Go to 7-Eleven and get it.”They didn’t have a hot water pot or even a small coffee maker in the room. This was very disappointing.

Liked: Despite the low price, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is everything you need. Breakfast was good. The location is very good, especially for those who came to the waterfalls. It was 9 minutes by car to the waterfall. My family and friends were satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel.
