AArtpark Hotel Inn at Lewsiton

Great location!

Liked: Walking distance to Artpark - it's right at the park entrance.
Disliked: Really smelly. The guest rooms had been updated recently I believe, and our room was clean; however, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallway was really stained, old and smelled awful.

Don't book this place

Liked: If you mistakenly stay once, you won't go back. Checked out three days early. Guy at the front desk told us to have the booking company request a refund on our behalf and he would process it. Did as he stated, no credit or refund given.
Disliked: Everything, old and sketchy. Not very clean. Needs a major upgrade. Take a bulldozer to it and start over. The location is ok.

Liked: The check in was easy and fast and when we have a problem in the fridge we had on the room, they got us a new one
Disliked: Our reservation had breakfast included and they said they weren’t doing that service

Reasonably priced and convenient

Liked: Location is very convenient for exploring Niagara region. Economical, and the room was pretty spacious.
Disliked: A bit of a musty smell until you get the AC running

Disliked: Cleaning lady held up 3 fingers at us when we pulled up because it wasn’t 3:00 yet

Disliked: Room was dirty no microwave in the room.

The location is great, but...

Liked: The location of the hotel is excellent. Easy walking distance to Aartpark and to downtown Lewiston restaurants, etc.
Disliked: The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, dirty coffee maker, pooled water in the refrigerator, someone else's hair on one of the towels and the door was delaminating.

Adequate for our needs for...

Liked: Location to venue.
Disliked: Rundown, clean enough but barely, toilet and shower worked but subpar. Rugs not the cleanest. But for the price, it served its purpose.
