AArtpark Hotel Inn at Lewsiton

Great location!

Liked: Walking distance to Artpark - it's right at the park entrance.
Disliked: Really smelly. The guest rooms had been updated recently I believe, and our room was clean; however, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallway was really stained, old and smelled awful.

Liked: The staff answered when we were delayed and was present at facility late in the night
Disliked: Room was not clean and the coffeemaker has fungus and if not in use should have been removed from the room

Disliked: Advertising breakfast, no breakfast available room smelled like smoke, no wash cloths in room, bathroom not cleaned well and lights over sink didn't work

Terrible service, unclean, but good...

Liked: My parents were visiting me from out of town for my childs birthday party, and the hotel is located in a convenient location for Lewiston. However,
Disliked: The staff(owners) were very unaccommadating with the check-in time. We were early, but we just wanted to take care of all the paperwork, as we knew it would be late by the time the party was done. They refused via phone in the lobby because no one actually sits in the lobby there. When we did finally get back to check in, we used the phone to get a staff member to come down, and then the first room wouldn't open. We then had to go back to the lobby, call on a phone to get staff back. We were given a new room, but the room smelled like wet dog and mildew. The bathroom was moldy, and the carpet turned your socks black within seconds.
