AArtpark Hotel Inn at Lewsiton

Great location!

Liked: Walking distance to Artpark - it's right at the park entrance.
Disliked: Really smelly. The guest rooms had been updated recently I believe, and our room was clean; however, the carpet on the stairs and in the hallway was really stained, old and smelled awful.

Terrible service, unclean, but good...

Liked: My parents were visiting me from out of town for my childs birthday party, and the hotel is located in a convenient location for Lewiston. However,
Disliked: The staff(owners) were very unaccommadating with the check-in time. We were early, but we just wanted to take care of all the paperwork, as we knew it would be late by the time the party was done. They refused via phone in the lobby because no one actually sits in the lobby there. When we did finally get back to check in, we used the phone to get a staff member to come down, and then the first room wouldn't open. We then had to go back to the lobby, call on a phone to get staff back. We were given a new room, but the room smelled like wet dog and mildew. The bathroom was moldy, and the carpet turned your socks black within seconds.

The worst place I’ve booked....

Liked: They said online there was breakfast—at the desk they said there was none.
Disliked: The rooms were not clean. The bed had lots of hair in it. The room heating was broken and the lock was busted off the door. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

Adequate - could be improved...

Liked: The property is simple and ok.
Disliked: Since the property had only a few occupants, they neglected normal services ie. no breakfast, room never made up for second night, no tissues, poor dried up soap bar.

Disliked: The front desk attendant was a little rude.

Liked: Reasonable price and good location.
Disliked: No kettle in the room. And no breakfast.

Liked: Liked the location to everything we were in town for. Walking distance.
Disliked: Room was very Run down. Faucet was broken, Toilet dirty with mildew. No seal on the door, about 1/2" Light coming through, glad it wasn't winter. Musty smelling.

Liked: Location to ArtPark was so close!! Excellent location!
Disliked: It’s an older hotel, it had the very basics! We got a good nights sleep, it was clean, we felt safe!
