Very good hotel

Liked: I booked the cheapest room and they gave me the family one. It was huge, almost like an appartement. Breakfast was great and nice outside courtyard to drink coffee.
Disliked: My friend accidentally booked 3 nights instead of 2. They didn’t allow to cancel that third night or get refunded, nor a discount.

Good

Liked: The location was good, near to the underground.
Disliked: The staff was in a hurry and called us two times where are we.

Superb

Liked: Good breakfast and the room is clean. Location is central.
Disliked: A shower hose holder would be a plus

Disliked: I travelled 1 hour to get to this hotel for the reception to be closed at 21:00 and the hotel was locked up. No one ever answered my messages and no one answered the phone.

Liked: The only good thing about the hotel is the locationThe staff does not speak English nor Czech.Payed in cash as per requested with no receipt.Severe bug bites on me and my partner.For some reason I received a message for cancelation the final morning.
