Nice Hotel but Unclear/Inconvenient Pet...

Liked: The room was nice and spacious, beds were comfortable. It's also a very short distance from the Park which is very nice. A nice brewery and restaurant is a short 10 min walk and, of course, town is a VERY short drive. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Their pet policies are unclear or not stated. Booking.com has them as simply pet friendly, a second website had the Inn as dogs only. Once you get into the room (so I didn't see it on any website) was "pets" can't be left in the room for any reason. This posed some serious challenges considering I was passing through Moab specifically to hilke and scramble and the heat makes it a less than ideal environment for pets to be outside. The Inn really needs to be more transparent with their pet policies so customers can make fully informed decisions without a last minute scramble upon arrival.

This hotel is FANTASTIC !!!!

Liked: The free breakfast was FANTASTIC !!!! A ton of variety for a "free" breakfast including hash brown patties, oatmeal, juices, etc !!! The breakfast room was large and accommodated all guests that attended on a busy weekend weekend. The room was kept impeccably clean during our meal, and the staff cleaned tables and floors quickly after each family left. We were VERY impressed !!!
Disliked: We had a young child "jumping" across the hotel room all night until 11 PM, and then started "jumping" again non-stop at 5:00 AM in the room above ours...... this is no fault of the hotel,,,,, just extremely hard to get a good night's sleep !!!

Liked: Room, pool (clean, great temperature), hot tub, cookies in the afternoon, ice, were great! Well kept grounds! Front desk staff very helpful!

Great Stay – Amazing Location...

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was a lot of fun and added a great touch to our trip. Our room was incredibly spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Liked: It was a great location. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely accommodating. We were happy to see that there was a laundry room available as well.
