Liked: we had to go home a day earlier due to weather getting bad last week in bundaberg. we didnt want to get stuck due to flood. they actually offered to refund our last night which is a FIRST TIME in all of my stays.. I just received my refund and I am so thankful. Aside from having a clean caravan with complete amenities, I'll definitely stay here and I highly recommend them! :)

Liked: The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in process was so simple and straightforward. The facilities were clean and looked well kept. I liked being close to the front of the park as I got in late and liked that I didn’t have to go past lots of people and disturb them. However, the noise was almost non existent the entire night which was great (but very surprising).
Disliked: The pillows were a little uncomfortable so would have been good to have a couple of extras in the cupboard as back ups.
