Exceptional

Great for the purpose.

Liked: It was a short walking distance from Hagley park where we had a event to attend to so it was very handy. It was well-maintained and cleaned very well. Had a heater in each room.
Disliked: It is a bit old and cold. A bit noisy from passing traffic. Only has sky tv and the remote didn’t work (or we just couldn’t figure out). Didn’t supply milk for tea and coffee.

Comfortable & Great Location.

Liked: Loved the two bedroom apartment had everything we needed, was warm with nice beds and great kitchen. A comfortable and surprisingly quiet stay considering it is also easily located between resteraunts and a handy 24/7 shop with amazing ice cream sundaes. It's not super fancy and that suited us just fine.
Disliked: The shower pressure was a bit poor but understand that this is not an easy fix.

Noisy and in need of...

Liked: Lovely lady managing the property. Very reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable.Heaters worked well.
Disliked: Quite noisy with other guests slamming doors, and teenagers.Sofa in lounge was broken so couldn't use as sofa to sit on, had to be left extended out in the lounge.Toilet roll dispenser was locked and very difficult to get paper, I had to help my elderly Mum she couldn't manage it. Also would not allow much room to sit on the toilet if you were a bigger person.Have stayed at this property twice before in the past a few years back, and has definitely deteriorated generally from then.
