Aachen Hotel

We stayed in this hotel while visiting Liverpool. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. Any questions we had were answered by Lynda who is such an asset to the hotel. I definitely would go back.

Liked: The receptionist Lynda went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Disliked: Horrendously loud neighbours in the room next door and no hotel staff available at nighttime to intervene

Our stay was very pleasent...

Liked: The room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Could do with a fridge on the room as we were given fresh milk and had no way of keeping it cold. So couldn’t have a coffee on our second day. The place needed some soundproofing as there was someone staying that didn’t come back till 3am both days and we could hear them on the phone as if they were in our room!

Amazing hotel will be back...

Liked: Close enough to the center but not too close where it would be loud, very clean and spacious room
Disliked: Doors we’re quite confusing to open, difficult to carry suitcase up stairs
