Aachen Hotel

We stayed in this hotel while visiting Liverpool. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. Any questions we had were answered by Lynda who is such an asset to the hotel. I definitely would go back.

Liked: The receptionist Lynda went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Amazing hotel will be back...

Liked: Close enough to the center but not too close where it would be loud, very clean and spacious room
Disliked: Doors we’re quite confusing to open, difficult to carry suitcase up stairs

Liked: Ideal location, very central for everything, spotlessly clean and a good shower, comfy bed and pillow, a hidden gem.
Disliked: Can't fault this place

Disliked: The room was a bit cluttered with furniture. Washing up liquid was provided, but no shower gel.
