We stayed in this hotel while visiting Liverpool. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. Any questions we had were answered by Lynda who is such an asset to the hotel. I definitely would go back.

Liked: The receptionist Lynda went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Liked: Location and staff good. Initially concerned for car in multi storey as looked a tad 'rough' but car was fine all weekend.
Disliked: Toilet/Shower ensuite a tad small/cramped.
