Aachen Hotel

We stayed in this hotel while visiting Liverpool. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. Any questions we had were answered by Lynda who is such an asset to the hotel. I definitely would go back.

Liked: The receptionist Lynda went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay.

Decent hotel.

Liked: Centrally located on Mount Pleasant, approx 10 mins walk from Lime St station.Check in was smooth. Ground floor room was clean and comfortable. Decent tea bags!Plenty of places near by for food and drink.We had a good stay.
Disliked: City centre seagulls wake up early! Not the hotel's fault but bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.Otherwise all ok.

Liked: Cheap, great location. The room is adequate for sleeping and there was thoughtful provision of clothes rack, iron, desk etc. despite the small room.The hotel is no-fuss, simple check in and out, a safe and convenient way to freshen up overnight. It appeared clean and they allowed an early check-in.
Disliked: Noise. You can hear everything because the walls are thin, the floors are hard, and there's gaps in the doors. The people in the next room were having a big night: they kept leaving and coming back right up until 5am and talked loudly while doing so.The room, while clean, has poor workmanship and cheap fittings. It feels ramshackle. The cold water flows warm because of the layout of pipes, and the shower controls are loose. The experience is not one that leaves you feeling looked after. Reception is mostly unstaffed.

Liked: Perfect location for the city centre, parking nearby and very cheap for 24hr stay, all in all amazing value for money and would thoroughly recommend!

Liked: The room was well furnished and very comfortable. Their staff was friendly and I was grateful they let me leave my bag for the afternoon, after checking out.
