We stayed in this hotel while visiting Liverpool. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. Any questions we had were answered by Lynda who is such an asset to the hotel. I definitely would go back.

Liked: It was very clean being a house keeper myself I notice things more very good quality bedding pillow and quilt . Staff very friendly. Having a twin room there was loads of space to move around room. you get what you pay for would befo recommend it. Great location better then thought 5 min walk to main shops and everything eles just perfect .

Disliked: Quite a lot of noise early hours of the morning but we're in a city so this is expected
