Not worthy

Liked: Nothing to like. The manager on reception told me I had no room booked and that if I'd booked it in NZ with him direct then there would have been a booking. I had a confirmation number but he just said it wasn't his problem. He was raising his voice and extremely rude infront of other people who were waiting to check in. I explained I had worked in the industry and knew exactly how Booking.com worked and that he had clearly not adjusted his saleable rooms on their site.Rude and arrogant and unwilling to listen or help.
Disliked: The Managers rudeness and his lack of assistance or acceptance of his error.Booking.com can only sell rooms that a hotel lists with them as being available. He was not interested in accepting any responsibility.
