AAA Lancaster Court Motel

It's an ageing motel but...

Liked: The room was clean, comfortable enough and the motel is well located on the main road near restaurants and shops and has adequate parking.
Disliked: It's an ageing motel, which was fine for me for one night passing through but I would look for something a bit more modern if I were staying longer.

Very satisfied.

Liked: We had excellent support from the Manager (Pete) to help us with late check-in and early check-out. This helped us so much with our requirements due to family health issues. Great service and very comfortable facility without the annoying 'glitz' and BS that seems to be emerging these days.

Liked: Location to Hospital.Proximity to places to eat.Sociable and helpful managers/owners.
Disliked: The shower and bathroom floor need a very good clean.Missing light shadeFreezer door missing from the fridge resulting in a large build up of ice and the condenser constantly cutting in.

Very convenient for hospital visit....

Liked: Owner/Manager very helpful & friendly. We gtg out of his way to make sure our room was easy for us (mobility issues)Close to Greenslopes Private. Bed was very comfortable & shower was great!
Disliked: The rooms were generally a bit dated, but clean. Was very noisy from the nearby main road.

Superb

Liked: Good location, eateries and supermarket nearby. Hosts Pete and Dianelle are friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to help us with our requests. Basic but overall a great place to stay
Disliked: Occasional sirens can be heard but we are fine with it

Liked: Great and convenient location, clean room, friendly staff.
