Disliked: I was with my special needs Son,and we could not turn the tv down we tried for so long but his anger was building, there was no phone number for help ! The bathroom has no ventilation and I would never cook on there stove top as it was dirty and once again no ventilation! I stayed in the room that had single beds no sleep at all through the traffic noise all night ! When we left at 7.30 the next morning I told the Manager about the tv and she was fully aware that there was an issue, I would never stay there again also all the body cleaning products are the same ,very disappointed!

Liked: The receptionist could not do enough for us. She went to the trouble of printing off the directions to the airport and bringing to our unit. She is a credit to the hotel.
Disliked: Thought that it was very expensive, but probably rate hike due to British Lions rugby game that night.

Liked: Great to have safe and secure parking on site. Very handy to everywhere in Brisbane and surrounding areas. Staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: A bit noisy, being next to a main road. Perhaps double-glazed windows would help

We don’t recommend staying here...

Liked: The location is good, and the parking area is a little bit of spacious.
Disliked: We stayed in Room 2, which is close to the main road. The bed near the window was quite noisy, and although there were blinds outside, the headlights from passing cars still disturbed us at night. The air conditioner had an unpleasant smell, but it was a bit cold without it. The bedding didn’t seem very clean—both my wife and daughter had allergic reactions. The room facilities were very outdated, and overall, it wasn’t good value for money.
