Liked: Very comfortable room for a weekend stay. Location is convenient to everything! Walking distance to restaurants and easy access to main routes through Boston. Nice space for both of us and the king bed was great! Large bathroom. Great coffee!

Delightful stay in a charming...

Liked: A delightful stay in this lovely B&B. Our host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. The room (King Suite) was very comfortable and had everything we needed; the little screened-in porch off the room was a plus. The breakfasts were delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with the other guests over our meals. The location of the B&B was great, within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and public transportation to downtown Boston. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to return in the future.
Disliked: Can't think of a single thing I would improve!

Lovely B&B, convenient location

Liked: This B&B is located in a quiet street in Newton, a lovely suburb outside of Boston. As posted, the local T station is close, within a few minutes walk. It’s a big house, probably 3-4 units. Our unit was on the ground floor: specious, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, private bathroom suite and even a balcony. Parking was available, which is a must as street parking is prohibited during the night. Once we had the instructions, it was very easy to find the place and come in, key pad on the main door. Good, generous breakfast was served in a lovely dining room: cereal, various breads, boiled eggs, yogurts and fresh fruits . Good value per money, considering the prices around Boston during graduation weekends.
Disliked: It is lovely and convenient, however the fact you can’t lock your room door from the outside, left us a little uncomfortable- you can lock it from the inside, yet as we stayed for two nights, we had to keep our stuff in an unlocked room during the day, in a house where other guests and other people might have been - nothing happened, nobody seemed to to have entered yet it could be easily fixed by providing the guest with a room key.

Liked: Great location…quiet village with MBTA connection to Boston… property gave us use of a couple of Charliecards for tram which we loaded with a 24-hr pass..straightforward and moved around Boston with no hassle on the network. Host was fab and was most welcoming. Would highly recommend.
