Friendly but chaotic

Liked: Staff was friendly, but seemed unexperienced.
Disliked: - no real bathroom - no proper toilet. It was behind glass doors in the room, you could hear everything - fire alarm in the middle of the night. Some drunk guests pushed a button. That is sad, but what was worse is that the few staff (2?) present did not know what to do. No communication with the guests, no one took leadership. No police, no fire brigade. Guests were left by themselves to figure out what was going on. They did not know how to end the alarm. At some point it was out, and that was it. Still no communication with guests. If this would have been a real fire, it would have been a full disaster.

Disliked: Didn't like it was not neat and also the sink was smelling.. no room.phone. nothing i liked there. Especially the breakfast was not good at all
