Liked: I was very pleased with my stay. The staff were friendly, and the views from our room on the 11th floor were spectacular. The breakfast was delicious. The room had useful amenities, and there was free parking next to the hotel. I'd be happy to stay there again when I'm in Denmark.

Great hotel but…

Liked: Avant-garde architecture, the industrial look is very nice.Nice and helpful staff, free parking places in front of the hotel.
Disliked: The room floor in plain cement is pushing the envelope a bit too much…Internet is a disgrace, the same goes for tv. This demands a really pro makeover, the present situation is unbelievable.They offered a room change for one with functioning internet but we were already installed, so we just used our data.

Liked: Pet friendly rooms,,good beds and excellent black out curtains
Disliked: Some discrepancy on pricing on check in over the cost of a pet stay, and the key card being stopped before check out .
