Liked: I chose the location because it is centrally located.
Disliked: I couldn't sleep, the place is very disturbing, noisy, room 307 very stuffy air I couldn't breathe all night. Being located in the attic it has 2 small windows in the ceiling I tried to open them but spiders fell on me. Very expensive and not at all restful

Liked: The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from the central station, with spacious rooms.
Disliked: Customer service was unhelpful and some staff were unpleasant. I had to call several times at my own expense since there was no phone in the room — only to be told the issue would take 24 hours to fix, but nothing was ever resolved. I also wrote to customer service and never received a reply.The room was not clean: stained towels and bedding, worn-out curtains, dusty minibar area, and both bedside lamps didn’t work. There was no price list or minibar inventory. On the second day, I found hair in the shower, used shampoo and shower gel, and a half-full bottle of water in the minibar. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness
