A Hotels City

Very good

Good location, horrible everything else.

Liked: Decent location. Housekeeper was friendly.
Disliked: Took 40 minutes to even get to checked in and having to phone 10 times in a row because the app wasn't showing my room as ready yet. Bathroom was a mess. Walls so thin, could hear everything.

Liked: everything was amazing, although we thought that there would be for example a electric kettle or some dishes in the room. but otherwise it was great

Well located city hotel but...

Liked: Very well located and the bedroom was very comfortable- excellent bed.
Disliked: I didn’t understand that the APP key was JUST for the initial check in and that once you arrive you need to issue yourself a normal key card. I understand that this is a fully-digital self-service hotel so COMMS need to be improved. Also there was a lot of noise done by the staff doing some of the reparations and a lot of garbage in the hallway when I first arrived.

Disliked: Room was in the loft, decorating going on from check in to check out from 730am..... no one told us this otherwise would of booked elsewhere.Room was dirty on carpets and only 2 towels for 4 days... one light never worked and a socket was broken , also we only had 2 pillows for the bed

Liked: Location was good. But not worth the money I spent as we had no reception/private bathroom and DID NOT GET MY 60 EURO DEPOSIT BACK when I have contacted the Hotel through email 3 times.
