Disappointing especially for the price....
Liked: The room was large. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Items missing from the room for instance iron and bedding for the sofabed. No sink / water downstairs in the duplex which made the downstairs toilet unhygienic. Bin was so small, there was no where to put rubbish.

Disliked: Noisy outside until late in the evening. A hotel should have better isolation in its walls.
