Would only stay again if...

Liked: Good location, friendly staff.
Disliked: I’ve been staying here since it was brand new and used to love it. Now the rooms are tired and show age; bright white paint is no longer new and is not “clean”. Rugs in the room smell bad, rooms generally smell strange after cleaning. Recently stayed in room 002 with very loud plumbing coming through the ceiling from upstairs.
