Love this Hotel!

Liked: this is our second time here in 2 years. We love the location of the property. Its literally minutes from all the main sites.The rooftop terrace is exceptional - we had friends staying in other hotels, but everyone came here for a pre dinner drink and nibble before heading out each evening. breakfast up there also very enjoyable each morning. Front desk staff are exceptional and so happy to always welcome you. They helped us book transfers, print out documents etc. they were terrific. its a great place to stay.

Good location but bad everything...

Disliked: The description for the room indicated it had a bath, however we did not have a bath. When we asked about this to the staff, they were very curt and dismissed us. Our water temperature was inconsistent for showers, our room was dirty (sheets had hairs and smudges in it) and the staff were consistently rude.

Liked: Staff, particularly reception were great. Location is top.
Disliked: Nothing of any remark.

Nice hotel but not good...

Excellent, convenient, short stay in...

Liked: Location was fantastic. Rooftop bar was fun. Very boutique feel to the property and staff were helpful.
Disliked: No complaints from our stay but is important to know that if there are mobility issues, this property does have stairs even after elevators. Air conditioning is questionable as we found it was often cooler to just open the windows to have a breeze.

Liked: Location was amazing! nice terrace to have a drink at night. Staff were very friendly

Great Location and Nice Room

Liked: My husband and I started here for our honeymoon. We were in the perfect area - easy walking distance to Vatican City, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and more. There were plenty of great shops and restaurants just steps from the hotel. The room was small, as expected, but very clean and comfortable with a queen bed. The staff was kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed the rooftop for drinks or a light dinner. A great stay overall!
Disliked: They wouldn’t accommodate slightly early check-in, so we had to wait until 3 PM, which was a bit inconvenient after traveling. Be aware if your flight is landing earlier in day. Still, the staff was kind, and the overall experience was positive.

Disliked: The noise we could hear from our room was next level loud. We aren’t people to complain but it felt like we were sleeping outside amongst the crowds that’s how loud it was on our room
