Disliked: Wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to stay here!I left my room in the morning and came back 12 hours later to find all my belongings—clothes, watches, jewelry (worth around €30,000)—dumped in the corridor. To my shock, another couple had been checked into my room while I was away.For over 10 hours, strangers had full access to everything I owned. Imagine if this was you and your partner—someone could have been going through your personal belongings, even underwear, without any issue.And the hotel’s response? As “compensation” for this massive invasion of privacy and complete negligence, they offered to refund me ONE of the three nights I stayed.If this doesn’t show how little they value their guests, I don’t know what does. Stay away from this place.

Good hotel, centrally located.

Liked: Always a pleasant hotel in the city centre.
Disliked: This time I had a very small bathroom, usually that is more comfortable.

Lovely hotel

Liked: Lovely room with a nice view down the street. Also a good sized room for central Brussels. The hotel is very clean, quite stylish and is very well located being a few minutes from Central Station.
Disliked: The Aircon didn't seem to work at all well so it was far too hot.
