Best hotel in the area,...

Liked: This hotel has amazing staff (and is not understaffed, like many other hotels in Paris). There is always someone who can help you. The location is fantastic and the rooms have everything you need. Our room (superior) had a fantastic balcony. There are a lot of extras you can use (free coffee, umbrella on loan, etc.). We stayed in many hotels in this area, and this one is clearly the best.

Liked: Comfortable to travel with dog, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed

Good central location, clean and...

Liked: Very close to train station Guare de Lyon, easy 5 minute walk. Close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Rooms recently refurbished / renovated and nicely decorated. On the small side but has everything you need. Elevator available. Rooms appeared wel sound proofed and windows insulated, no noise from street. Room was individually airconditioned. Recommend adjacent restaurant L’Etincelle for dinner!

Location fab before a train...

Liked: Staff were super friendly and hotel perfect location for gar de Lyon , we were only there for a very short time but would stay again

Very nice hotel in a...

Liked: Great location & friendly reception. Quiet & comfortable room but compact. Easy short walk to the Gare Lyon station. Supermarket & restaurant nearby.
Disliked: No fridge in room. The shape of our room made it very compact difficult to pass the end of bed without hitting the wall hung fixtures. Lack of power points in room.

I chose to move to...

Liked: Geographic location is good but all ambulances and street noise woke me up a lot of times , even if I WAS REALLY TIRED (4 hours driving, 2 flights, RER/train from airport and 1km walk with 2 baggages.
Disliked: 1. Sheets were having stains, not one, not two...2. For my first contact with Paris, the price was much too much for the small room I had AND I WAS UPGRADED!!! I made myself couple of bruises due to tiny space between bed and a shelf
