Great reasonable hotel next to...

Liked: Basically everything was good. Good bed. Clean and modern room and hotel. Great location, great staff, good price. And very important: The TV is straight across from the bed! Only right place for the hotel TV. I like the complimentary still and sparkling drinking water and the fact they have a mini bar. Breakfast was also good. Not noisy at night.
Disliked: I don't like the smell of chlorine from the shower water / the water you wash your face with or brush your teeth in. This could be amended by installing a water filter. Also, nice if they can pick you up from the airport.

Passable

Liked: The room was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: The room was very noisy. You could hear the noise of the subway and train passing by in the morning and evening, which really affected your sleep.

Apart from the few negatives....

Liked: Room was good.
Disliked: The bathroom had a bath which was dangerous to have a shower. No handle to hold getting in or out. Walk in shower would be betterMost of the tv channels were not English but a variety of other languages

Exceptional

Liked: An amazing hotel! We will definitely recommend it to friends and family! The location is excellent, near Prague Main Station and a 20-minute walk from the Old Town Square. The room was large and spacious with a king-size bed and a huge luxurious shower. The buffet-style breakfast was rich and varied and definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff was lovely!!! They helped us and gave us everything we asked for. Special thanks to sweet Diana - Děkuji ❤️
