Convenient location and affordable accommodation.

Liked: Location is great. Always a park available which can be tricky in central Dunedin.
Disliked: Hot water died - staff did their best to address this quickly.

Liked: Good location. Plenty of parking. Comfy bed.
Disliked: Our unit had a very loud buzzing fridge that meant we slept badly. Needs fixing.
