A great place for a...

Liked: Comfortable bed, great location, close to transport, cafes and restaurants. Although most hotels in this chain are unattended, this hotel has a 24/7 reception. It also has a restaurant within the building which was excellent. There is also a coffee shop and patisserie around the corner in Columbus Street.
Disliked: I received an email a few days prior to my stay stating that I would receive my check in codes 48 hours prior to my arrival time. I did not receive the codes despite assurances that I would. On route to the hotel, I called Sonder and after a very long and anxious wait received the code. So I was very surprised to find the hotel had a 24/7 staffed reception and I did not need a code to enter the building. The shower curtain collapsed one evening but it was fixed the following day.

Decent hotel, good location and...

Liked: Room was good, location good and close to the subway , easy access to Boston
Disliked: Toilet flush wasn’t working properly on arrival , took until the next day to get sorted , staff were helpful apart from one male member of staff who communicated via grunts and constantly wore AirPods in his ears even when speaking to him, found that a bit rude , there was a full on party below our room on the Sunday night which went on u till late , music really loud from a private function in the court yard below our room

Wake up with the sun!...

Disliked: Extremely bare bones hotel, everything was fine but there was no care in the design. It felt like I was staying in a quick flip. All that is fine, I don't care that much for a 2 night stay. But the lack of blackout curtains is a gigantic negative. Light just poured in through the window shade, causing me to wake up at 7am each morning. The only thing a hotel NEEDS to be is a place to get some sleep, so this is a big oversight.
