Very poor

Liked: Stayed before and thought it was great but I rebooked and paid for a couple More nights and they refuse to rent a room to me.
Disliked: Didn't know that I was unable to get the room until I arrived to check in on 4th of July couldn't get an explanation an I was charged the whole Amount I have called the hotel and booking. Com several times and still no resolution. Me and my son spent the holiday sleeping in my car. It was horrible

It’s was decent hotel to...

Liked: The pool was perfect,great customer service
Disliked: The bathroom still had remains of someone else hair in the tub.the swimming pool had foam pellets made it uncomfortable to actually enjoy the pool

Liked: The hotel was closed when we arrived due to some electrical issues we were told by other guests trying to stay there also. Doors were locked ... no one was there representing the business.
Disliked: Closed. Phone number was wrong. No one was accessible from this website also, even though I booked it online thru them. Had to find a different place to go to.

Rooms need to be upgraded

Liked: The maids come and asked do we need our room clean they checked by everyday we stay there to clean our room and give us new towels every day
Disliked: Our room door was beat up bathroom door knob is damaged the tub was wobbly from the plastic that we were standing on in the tub and shower has low water pressure when I was there I cleaned the Ac vents very dusty
