Wouldn't stay there again

Liked: Size of the room was good. Outdoor/pool area was nice. Other than that there wasn't a whole lot more good to speak on the facilities.
Disliked: Office staff was rude. Elevators were very sketchy... bounced up and down when entering. Mattresses/furniture were stained. Bathroom was stocked with 2 full sized towels for 4 guests. Very few tv stations available. 8 TV stations got a picture 3 had audio that wasn't buzzing and 1 had no audio at all.
