Disliked: elevators broken and as an ADA & SS recognized permanent medical disability person at 62 years old walking 5 flights of stairs to my room on the 5th floor. Rm 506?Staff were nice.However early AM front desk girl Deborah...a light skin very tall woman who looks like she could play in the WNBA had the worst attitude, bossy, overbearing, attempting to speak down to me in which she failed and argued with my friend on the speakerphone with his "New York Attitude" according to this Deborah which she said / stated to me moments after they hung up the phone.I checked out at 11AM that day and checked back in later that evening. Around 10PM i went down to lobby to meet pizza delivery driver... I told him no elevators and 5 flights of stairs to RM 506...so went to lobby and a heavy set AA female (staff) approached me with Deborah on the speakerphone while shes video taping me in the lobby. The Police were called and interviewed myself and 88 Palms Staff who chose to get a NO TRESSPASS order. I had checked in at 8pm and paid the $110 on a gift visa card and my partner, Mr. ERIC COHEN had completed the CC Authorization Form and had his CC on file with the front and Deborah probably authorized 88 Palms keeping the $100 Security deposit and charged Mr. Cohen's CC another $110 for the room. I was kicked out at 11:55PM this same evening of July 12, 2925. The Case # 25-00120519 as I'm heading to WPB police to pick up a copy of the Trespass Order. 88 palms stole $320 that night. I only spent a few hours in Room checking in at 8PM. Then Trespassed for NO REASON as the issue was with Mr. Eric Cohen who has never stepped foot on 88 Palms property. We are taking the police report and trespass order to civil rights attorneys in WPB today. Have the OWNER OF 88 PALMS CALL ME: Jeff Goolst 561-341-1692

You get what you pay...

Liked: It was close to the hotel and cheap
Disliked: The building was not well kept, disgusting, nothing worked, there was roaches. The elevators were broken, the stairs were not well lite. And the staff was terrible. No smoke detector in the room, the door was broken to enter the room.
