The friendly hosts go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Plus, the safe neighborhood and convenient parking make it an all-around winner.

Clean and modern motel, good...

Liked: Spotlessly clean, large studio apartment, excellent shower. Modern. Upstairs rooms accessible by lift. Soundproof rooms, efficient air con.
Disliked: The entire property is smoke free apart from one designated smoking area, near reception, whereas their page on booking.com only said that the rooms were smoke free. Otherwise, an excellent place to stay.

Liked: TV especially Sky. Very good choice of drinks with quality milk provided. Staff was lovely.
Disliked: The shower did leak onto the floor a bit and the sheets were a tad on the heavy side.

Perfect, quiet, no-stress stay for...

Liked: Literally across road from Tauranga Hospital. Really good breaky/lunch cafe next door. Great chinese restaurant about 200m at most up road. Also lots of other eating choices and supermarket, petrol station, etc, just up the road. For visiting someone in Tauranga Hospital it is perfect.

Disliked: The water went out from the shower room and the floor got paddled.The ants were in the rubbish.
