Very enjoyable and suited our...

Liked: The hotel location was perfect for what we needed during our trip. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. There was a good selection of food at breakfast to suit all needs. The attached restaurant had friendly staff and a good selection of food.
Disliked: The room was a good size, however we would have preferred a room not on the side of a road where there was building activity.

Wonderful

Liked: Beautiful beds, location is superb. Breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: It is an old building with low ceilings, the footsteps and movements of the people staying above can be disruptive at times.

Superb

Liked: The location was fantastic for my preferences, especially being so close to the bustling Nyhavn Harbor area. I could easily walk to any of the restaurants nearby and not have to worry about transportation afterwards. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, in particular, the exposed wood beams provided an antiquated, but warm feeling. My room was very small, but it didn't come as a surprise based on what I reserved. The breakfast was good with a broad selection of items and even a cook who would prepare fresh eggs to your order. The staff was most friendly and eager to assist, whether it was just answering a question, storing luggage, or during check-in/check-out.
Disliked: There is not much to dislike about this hotel. The floor in my room was a bit dusty, but this is really.being nitpicky.

Liked: It was located centrally overlooking Nyhavn canal
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a separate kettle to make tea

Liked: Excellent small hotel with very nice rooms. Quiet.

A pleasant stay once you...

Liked: I really enjoyed the beautiful location of the hotel. The breakfast was always excellent. The staff were always fun to talk to and had great tips about what to do around town.
Disliked: The location can be a bit difficult to get to from public transport if you have luggage. This has to do with the cobblestone path and over all hoards of people roaming Nyhavn. Not the fault of the hotel, of course, but worth noting when booking your stay.
