Disappointing

Liked: The location of facility is good.
Disliked: No internet, no TV. You were not there to get the facilities of hotel upgraded. These should be thoroughly checked. There was no support staff available at check-in time. So struggled for one hour and then left it as is. Didn't want to spoil my evening time for which I was there.

Superb

Liked: It's a really good establishment considering what you are paying.Location is excellent (the town is small) so everything is close by.Rooms are big.Staff is really nice.
Disliked: Breakfast is really poor. I chose this one for the included breakfast, but it's only tea/coffee and toast with butter/peanut butter/jam. They did say it wasn't much when I check in, but still, I was hoping for maybe eggs or something. It was still good.Beds are not the best, but good enough.

Disliked: so dirty, old, garbage everywhere, breakfast only toast with watery coffe

Liked: The parking is free and they have a simple breakfast. Each attractions was nearby, walking or by going.
Disliked: The room had a small musty smell

Cozy family vibes for memories

Liked: When you walk in at the front desk You had lovely couple who runs it very nice people l and another lovely lady not sure if it was there daugther they were every helpful on my needs because we had 9 people the family room suites where beautiful and beds was comfortable … we also seen that for the summer time there was a lot of kids to play together and they had a pool If you want to make memories with your kids doesn’t matter what the rating is the location is 7 mins walking down to Clifton hill you are near everything I would totally come back to this place.
Disliked: Only thing I dislike was 2 family rooms wasn’t close to eachother but once you settled in it didn’t matter

Horrible experience. I would never...

Liked: The gentleman at reception made us wait in promise of "they are working on our reservation". After 20 mins when we got restless gentleman told us they were sold out and actually didn't have any rooms to give us. He slammed booking.com for mishandling the reservation.
Disliked: The unorganized method of managing reservation and then keep guest waiting in false hope that we will disappear in the air if he just kept us waiting.
