One of worst ever stay...

Liked: I didn't like even a single item of this hotel
Disliked: One of the worst ever stay in Germany. I booked two room for three nights for my family during Easter holidays. During checkin, they allotted us rooms adjacent to each other. But as we entered in one of the room, a couple was already sleeping there. We were surprised and reported the situation to the reception. The person at the reception excused and allotted us new rooms which were very far away from each other. During the whole visit, I couldn't sleep well because my kids were sleeping in a distance room. I requested them several times to allot the new adjacent rooms but they did not operate me on this issue. Notably, they charged extra 50 euro although I showed them the price given on the booking.com, but there were no cooperation. I complained to booking.com and it is still pending on the customer service portal because no one from the hotel is responding to booking.com.Several things were missing daily in the breakfast. On complaining, they told me that the shops are closed due to Easter holidays and they were so disorganised that they could not get enough material before the holidays.
