Great for the price. I...

Liked: Calm, far from the hectic areas.
Disliked: Just the water pressure of the toilet, and it needed deeper cleaning.

Good

Liked: This is a basic motel — nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. The linens were clean, and while the air conditioner was noisy, it worked well. It's a decent place to stay for a night.A special thanks to the concierge — a very friendly and helpful guy who made our short stay more pleasant.

Great location for short stay

Liked: The location is convenient, It has essential things to stay the night. Everything is in walkable distance including Niagara falls
Disliked: No untensils, toothbrush, plates, and bedside tables

You get what you pay....

Liked: Room was clean
Disliked: Run down, old furniture, not enough lighting, room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was suppose to be a no smoking room

Liked: Liked everything except - heavy smoke scent when we entered the room and the not working TV.
Disliked: Heavy smoke scent when we entered the room and the non-functional TV

Liked: A typical old motel, not close to the point of interest, okay for an overnight stay. Everything is old, but the price is reasonable. You can spend the night, nothing more.

It was very pleasant. New...

Liked: There was no breakfast but the staff came in and adjusted the TV because we couldn't get the station.
Disliked: The TV wasn't working which was probably because the new management had just installed a new set and it wasn't fully set up yet.
