Superb

Good

Liked: We had access to coffee machine at any time so it's great, the place is nice enough for the price
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfy and the bathroom door kept getting stuck but it was an easy fix

Exceptional

Liked: Staff were very friendly, I had to leave at 0330 for my flight and asked for some bread to snack on the way, the staff at the counter gave me a banana and two breads!

Liked: Location is ideal. Rooms are clean and well appointed and bed is comfortable
Disliked: There was a bit too much noise disturbance from other patrons and the street noise was more disruptive than usual

Misleading room size and layout.

Liked: It was in a great location and the complimentary breakfast was great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. When I mentioned the disappointment in the size of the room on checkout I learnt that the room was called a 'shoebox twin'. I told the staff member that was not how it was described on booking.com and he checked and was going to contact booking.com to have site updated. I was told the photos showed the room but my mistake a did not check the photos in detail.
Disliked: The room was not described on the booking.com website as a 'shoebox twin' and the fact that I paid extra for a twin room made me expect to have a normal double room and just with the beds split in 2. The glass bathrooms are awkward for 2 friends travelling together. The layout of the room was not good and even though we were on the top floor there was no view because there were no windows. It really was a shoebox. I was very annoyed that I paid extra for a shoebox room.
