Liked: Located close to Railway
Disliked: Room was very small and badly laid out. Difficult to watch TV.Only 1 chair and layout did not permit comfortable conversationShower curtain did not prevent water from leaking over floor.

Liked: Proximity to central station
Disliked: The bed was abit too hard for me and although they had a fantastic coffee machine and snacks in reception I would have liked to have a kettle in our room.

Liked: Narmia at Reception made me feel welcome from the get go. She even upgraded my room.
Disliked: I wasn't able to operate the ground floor coffee machine - too many buttons! - but I'll put that down to operator error.
