Okay stay in a good...

Liked: Location is great (quiet and close to multiple stations). We stayed in a triple room which had a bit of a strange layout (narrow staircase down to the bed) but still had a good amount of space, especially in the bathroom. Very helpful and polite staff!
Disliked: The room felt a bit dirty -bedsheets had staining, lots of dust, sticky bathroom floor upon arrival, heavily stained carpets. Not the worst I’ve seen but could have been better.

Pleasant stay at a nice...

Liked: Very friendly and nice staff.Great location.Nice and clean room.Toiletries were nice quality.Free coffee in a common kitchen was a plus for the morning.
Disliked: The bed was too small - my boyfriend is a little over 6 feet and he was definitely too long for that bed.The room was quite cold, including the bathroom which is not the most pleasant but it’s London so nothing unexpected.

Clean and tidy accomodation in...

Liked: Well priced for a London hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was good. There was only one office-type chair to sit on. They kindly stored my luggage after checkout.
Disliked: The air conditioning turned off during the night as if it was on a timer. I had set it to automatic 20 degrees and would not run all night, turning itself off whilst I was asleep despite being set to automatic temperature.
