Very good

Liked: Room was nice clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and good location to tube stops.
Disliked: Unfortunately the lift was out of service and walking up to the third floor was a challenge due to pregnancy.

Liked: Amazing location. Many restaurants, shops, pharmacy and even a post office just minutes away from the hotel. The team working there, was very friendly. Willing to help, if any problem was raised.Truly loved, that things like quality of towels. That the towel dryer was always working. Shampoo, conditional and body moisturizer available. Something that's very important for me was the water pressure in the shower, which was incredible in this hotel. Bedding was superb, room was very clean, and everything you may need was available (hair dryer, ironing board, iron ect.)
Disliked: The lift was broken. Two days prior to our stay, I was informed about it, however no one offed me an option of staying on the ground floor or on a lower level. Which considering our room was on the 4th floor, would have been greatly appreciated.While, I understand that problems with lift, are just as disappointing for the team working, taking 4-6 weeks to fix something so fundamental is not acceptable. Now looking back, had the lift been working, our experience would have been significantly better.Another thing, I would like to flag is that the bed in the room is very small. I am 179 cm tall, and found the bed, incredibly short. I have never experienced this before, so its a small side note, to keep in mind, for future EU guests.

A great place for staying...

Liked: Slightly compact (as should be expected in London), but conveniently located, tidy, clean and a modern feel. Staff were absolutely delightful and helpful.

It was a nice stay...

Liked: It was nice and modern, the staff was kind and nice and when i got to the hotel at 10am i got the room immediately which i highly appreciated. The room was quiet and i didnt hear my neighbours.
Disliked: I didnt mind it but the elevator wasnt working so for people with disabilities it can be problematic.And in the room there was no robe, no slippers and there was only shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body wash, but there was no like little things like cotton pads, sewing kit etc etc. in all other 4 star hotels theres always that additional stuff without asking for it. Also they didnt have any adapters. The thing i didnt like the most was the air conditioner, the button for turning the temperature higher was working at first with little struggle but after a while i couldnt change the temperature. Also, the air conditioner stops working at some point and u wake up in cold room, and the floors in the bathroom felt so so cold, and the fact the room was cold in morning wouldnt be a issue if there was robe and slippers.And also my room didnt get cleaned even though i had the please tidy room sign up on my doors and when i went out and put the sign up there was still like vacuum machine and other stuff in the hallway so i knew like i didnt do it too late. I didnt say anything to the staff because i didnt have time and i was there for two nights so it wasnt like they could compensate or upgrade my room because i didnt want to move the rooms when i came to the uncleaned and cold room.
