Pleasant quiet hotel in a...

Liked: Great location with pleasant small room and a comfortable bed.
Disliked: I had requested a possible early check in as I had 2 shows to see in the 1 day but the room was not available.So was unable to freshen up and change my clothes.

Nice and clean

Liked: Nice room, clean, quiet neighbourhood. Only 5 minutes to subway.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't great, not a lot of choices for vegetarians. Every day the same.

We would definitely stay there...

Liked: Very friendly and efficient staff, nice breakfast and you could open the window in the bedroom which was a bonus.
Disliked: The bed mattress was very firm, which some people like, but we prefer a softer mattress - you can’t please everyone. Otherwise the bedroom was perfectly acceptable.

Well located but pricy.

Liked: The location was fantastic, well placed for Albert Hall and museums. Tasty breakfast and looked after our bags even after we’d checked out.
Disliked: Very expensive, considering how little time we spent there.

Very good

Liked: Perfect for The Albert Hall The reception and hallway makes it look all very grand.Comfortable bed & nice shower
Disliked: Avoid room 7 it backs onto the reception, in the morning from 06:30am onwards there was plenty of banging and crashing.Tea,coffee facilities are in some kind of dark hallway which you need a torch to see what you are doing.Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not what we expected for such a lovely looking hotel
