Liked: The hotel is in a great location overlooking the Natural History Museum and close to the Royal Albert Hall. The room was nicely done out, and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The wifi strength in the room was patchy.

Liked: The location was good for us as we were attending the Royal Albert Hall, the staff were very friendly and the room was clean and ready for us. Overall the breakfast was good but could be improved as per my comments below.
Disliked: The breakfast was slightly disappointing - no beans to go with the eggs, bacon and sausage. Also, the Pain Au Chocolat’s were strawberry filled rather than chocolate. The blind in the bathroom let a lot of light in, no door for bathroom so no privacy at all. The aircon made an awful noise during the night which disturbed my partner.

Liked: Perfectly located for so many London attractions and venues. Short walk to the Albert Hall, Hyde Park and Harrods.
Disliked: It would be nice to have access to complimentary coffee/tea within reception. A Paris hotel we recently stayed at had both an honesty bar and coffee and french cakes available all day/evening - Hotel Fabric.
