Beautiful, friendly hotel at the...

Liked: Chic and smart, but at the same time homely, with lovely staff. I loved the literary and cultural connections, and coincidentally it complimented my planned itinery for my London stay. I also found it a very safe place to stay, both the neighbourhood and the ambience of the hotel; particularly since I was attending the Royal Albert Hall for the BBC Proms, and thus I only had a short walk between the venues on streets with lots of people around. The hotel cost me a bit more than I had originally budgeted but it was well worth it. I would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Nothing I did not like.

Great location and excellent staff...

Liked: Prime location close to Hyde Park. Plenty of restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. Modern decor and well maintained. The staff are wonderful - from thorough cleaning to excellent front desk service.
Disliked: I was unfortunately located next to the maintenance area so experienced a fair amount of noise - during the day and in the evenings.

Small gem in Kensington with...

Liked: The friendliness of the staff, we felt at home immediately. The bed was super comfy! Public transport is just nearby.
Disliked: Breakfast could have been a bit more diverse but it was tasty.

I'd happily stay here again!

Liked: Very clean and comfy room. Great location very near Natural History Museum, V&A Muse, and Royal Albert Hall. Walk to Harrods.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, though there weren't many restaurants around.
