Liked: The staff and the location the hotel is generally clean
Disliked: The managers one Indian and one Eastern European are not nice they are rude and very unhelpful if I where the owner of the hotel I would fire them.The rooms are very hot. And very small

Liked: Immaculately clean, nicely decorated, very good sized rooms (we were in deluxe doubles), quiet, and friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: hotel was a bit warm/overheated for our liking but easily controlled in our room so a very minor point and personal preference.

Would certainly stop again
Liked: Staff were universally excellent. Location is great. Room was immaculate and lovely big ensuite with good shower pressure. Given covid, breakfast was continental only and served in the room but was plentiful and high quality.
Disliked: Couple of minor things. The TV streaming wasn't working and it lacked a full length mirror.

Liked: Such a great venue, location and room, and all appropriate actions taken to comply with COVID-19 regulations, with all available facilities explained as part of a guided tour from staff. Sizeable and well equipped room and bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing - all good.
