Frustrated

Liked: Easily accessible for the disabled. Loved the one chair in the kitchen to include kitchen bench as a desk.
Disliked: We asked for a disability unit online, and this unit was situated halfway down the complex.When in the reception office, booking in with the staff, he knew we had disabilites. We asked if they have a trolley for assisting with bags. He said no, but he could help.We said we were just parked outside the reception in the disability park, and we would be right then and left. My partner and I struggled to get our luggage to the unit.My partner was outside during the night getting some air, and he noticed an alleyway beside our unit, which led to disability car parks behind our unit. We were quite frustrated that the staff never said one word about the car parks at the back of our unit. Also, they do not have a return key lock box to leave your keys if you leave earlier than 8 am. We had to leave our keys in the milk tray delivered and sitting at the back of the reception. The second issue is that the shower curtain is not wide enough for a disability shower. The water went everywhere in the bathroom when showering. They need to add another curtain so it can close off without gaps.The shower head is jammed to close to the wall, not allowing to aim the shower head down further, so it shoots water behind the toilet and out the other side.

Liked: Great apartment, loved all the extras that were unexpected in a motel, like underfloor heating in the bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, was allowed to borrow chrome cast, room serviced daily. Everything was spotless clean and comfy. Location was perfect for us being super close to uni and still easily walkable into the main strip and octagon. We will be back! Thanks :)
