Good stop on our trip...

Liked: The staff was excellent. They helped us to get some food delivered as it was after hours and quite a way from the closest restaurant. They kept the bar open for us and that was a plus to the pizza ordered. This location is away from everything, and was just a quick stop for us on our way to the Giant's Causeway after touring the Hill of Tara and Newgrange. We appreciated the good service and friendly folks at this location

It felt like home... staff...

Liked: We liked being close to the bus station when we didn't want to drive into Belfast. The food was great, especially the breakfast that was included with the room price. We spent every night at the pub and met a lot of nice local people. The room was comfortable.
Disliked: We continually had trouble with the door lock. There was some kids outside our window until 1:00 or 2:00 AM but I guess that will happen when you are staying at a pub. We still come back again if we were ever to come back to Ireland. I would recommend do others.

Liked: Lovely room and bathroom tasty food in the restaurant and for breakfast and a fine pint is served from the bar, friendly people thanks .

Comfortable, relaxing & with all...

Liked: Location was good, staff friendly, evening meal was excellent, breakfast was okay. Big room, comfy bed, nice shower.

A great little Hotel

Liked: The friendly staff. The good food . The friendly bar staff . The great breakfast. The clean room and bathroom.
Disliked: It was a wee bit difficult to find even with my sat nav.

Good

Great Irish hospitality.

Liked: Exceptional friendliness of the staff.
Disliked: Quite isolated. Without a car, and no public transport, reliant on taxis or friends to get around.

Not for us

Liked: Good B&B with friendly hosts. The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere with only a graveyard next door but it is close enough to Belfast. This is good as it is quiet all around (except for the bar)
Disliked: The bar is in the same small building so we did not get a good night's sleep. It was super noisy outside at night. The building and hence the rooms are quite old. The bath did not have hot water, though the shower worked fine. Breakfast is fairly limited compared to a hotel though the room price is very comparable. Overall this was not for us.

Relaxed and easy

Liked: Easy car parking and check-in, friendly staff, good food, relaxed atmosphere.
Disliked: The bed was not comfortable.
