Fantastic boutique hotel within walking...

Liked: We were not able to stay for the breakfast, early flight out. Loved the location and ease of parking on street on Sunday. Staff was super friendly and helpful
Disliked: Wish coffee bar was available or set out by 7 am

Lovely stay and would recommend...

Liked: The location was lovely and the service was exceptional. I appreciated the desire to call me about check in and the communication from the staff was excellent. The room was spacious and bathroom was excellent too.
Disliked: The bathroom had a sewage tinge to it and there was no free water provided, given the pricing it would be expected. However, this is rather minor in the grand scheme of things.

Will definitely go back amazing...

Liked: I like everything about the property. Amazing location right at the river,20 min walk from the Doumo. Very comfortable bed,big room,the best breakfast and the stag was very kind. I definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful hotel and staff

Liked: Wonderful hotel and wonderful staff.Very clean, rooms were quite big and quiet, and had blackout curtains which guaranteed a great rest. The beds were also extremely comfortable!The breakfast was delicious and great quality.The staff was really nice, helped us with everything, and had great restaurant recommendations.
Disliked: If I had to pick something - there could have been more places in the bathroom to hang stuff or put your own shampoo etc.

Liked: Conveniently located to Florence attractions, nice river view from breakfast room, affable and helpful staff, especially for gluten free breakfast options. Comfortable and quiet room, great after long day of travel. Easy to access after hours

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was top-notch and luxuriously furnished with an architectural touch. I love the design and functionality of the room, bathroom, and overall decor. The staff are amazing and attentive. Breakfast was a fantastic spread in the living room with a view too. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the roof top... But would definitely return to check it out. BTW, the location is the best Florentine experience being next to the river Arno. It is a very safe area being next to the consulates. We were delighted with Valentina's help in mapping out a plan to maximise our one day stay in this Romantic city. Thanks for the practical help of Giovanni and the generous late check out too.
Disliked: The location is required to taxi in and out. But it is worth the effort
