Great place to stay in...

Liked: Beautiful, roomy 2-bedroom apartment just close enough to everything in the Charleston Historic District to be able to walk to. Excellent, communicative staff and support before, during and after the visit.
Disliked: No central air but air conditioning units in each room; they worked but took some getting used to. Also equipped with ROKU, which is not very good TV, and also took some getting used to. Luckily the weather was beautiful, and we didn't watch much TV. Having said that... extensive instructions were provided for both the air conditioning units and ROKU, so we never felt like we had been left to 'figure it out' on our own. Plus, the staff was available for questions if we had any.

Liked: It was clean and had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Soap, shampoo and conditioner were provided.
Disliked: Too many texts with different instructions and door codes to get into the building and into the unit. One email with instructions is sufficient. There were no tissues. We needed to use toilet paper or bring our own. Low water pressure in the shower.

Superb

Liked: Great location for restaurants and shopping. Very convenient for walking around historic Charleston. Parking was convenient and the location felt very safe and secure. The unit was clean and comfortable and generally quiet.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have some Kleenex and extra toilet paper.

Disliked: Not clean, no cleaning materials either, high cleaning fee, parking too expensive, lighting and seating needs upgrade.

It was the perfect location...

Liked: The location was convenient to very many restaurants and shops. We walked to restaurants for every meal during our stay and used our car only one time.
Disliked: The only ‘negative’ about our stay may have been the stairs leading from the first floor to the second floor. They were a bit steep and somewhat dimly lit, but it’s an older building and to be expected. No real way to change that and really wasn’t much of a negative aspect at all.
