We continue to come back...

Liked: Love the location and the people who work there are incredibly helpful! Out air conditioning was broken and we were immediately moved to another room. They always hold our bags securely when we are early for check-in or want to spend time in the city before going to the airport. We stay here often!
Disliked: Just the air conditioning issue

Liked: Great value, great staff, good location. Nice spacious room.
Disliked: Only wish a bit closer to central Williamsburg.

We had a great stay

Liked: Staff was friendly and response, hotel is very modern and clean, parking - they have a parking lot and you can go in and out (it is VERY small though so there’s no guarantee that parking will be available when you check in), there is street parking (beware of street parking signs), check-in and check out was smooth, there’s a beautiful bar/restaurant onsite (can’t speak on the food but it looked appetizing). Although there were things that could have been better to make things easier for my children, I really don’t have complaints. We had a great stay.
Disliked: Room/bathroom not really designed for children/families but I knew that was likely the case when I booked it, the microwave and ice machine is in the cellar with the restaurant which means you have to basically go through the restaurant to access those amenities.

Disliked: Air conditioning could be better. The room never got below 77°. Hot water was so so. There were some housekeeping issues as well. One of our bath towels had a brown stain on it.The free breakfast is nothing to write home about; There were ants all over the table in the restaurant. Other than that, it was OK.

Liked: The property is very clean and modern with all the amenities you need for a few night stay. Front desk staff are very helpful and pleasant. They were truly helpfulWhen I thought I had lost my phone, going out of their way to help search for it.
Disliked: I was anticipating a noisy stay as some reviews said it was very noisy being close to the subway, I didn’t find that at all, yes there were a few rumblings for a train close by but no worse that street traffic in central NY. Bring earplugs if your a sensitive sleeper.

Liked: Nice and clean room.
Disliked: We made a booking in a double room (two double beds, max of 4 people) for 3 people. Breakfast was supposed to be included (at least that's what was shown at the moment we made the reservation). When we arrived, they told us breakfast was included for 2 people only and there is nothing we can do about it. In the morning we were informed that there was a small custom term and conditions section stating that breakfast is provided for up to 2 people per room.Additional fun fact about the breakfast: You still have to pay the tax for it, which is also stated in that term and conditions section. So breakfast is not included 100% at all.This is the first time I see something like this, absolutely ridiculous.What's more, the hairdryer was FULL of hair and dust and it overheated in less than a minute.
