It was an okay stay...

Liked: It was at a great location and the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Some of the staff couldn’t speak English. Our tv wasn’t working and we told 3 different staff members who did absolutely nothing about it. Very unacceptable for an almost week long stay. Even though we received an $100 refund (and there’s disagreement about how much we agreed to on the phone) it doesn’t really compensate for bad service considering how much we paid for the whole stay.

Not Worth the Stay —...

Liked: The hotel is visually appealing — stylish decor and a modern, clean design. The location was great, with nearby cafes and shops within walking distance.
Disliked: The "free breakfast" is misleading — it only covers two guests, even if more are staying in the room. This detail was hidden in the fine print. I paid extra thinking everyone would be covered, but that wasn’t the case. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. When I raised the issue, I was told they wouldn’t contact a manager and was advised to just “leave a bad review.”The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming: your choices are berries, plain Greek yogurt, a Danish, or a few types of bread with juice or basic coffee. Real breakfast items (like eggs or French toast) are $15 per plate, which is absurd compared to local bagel shops around the corner.There was a strong smell of weed coming through the vents on three separate occasions. The front desk offered a room change but never followed up or checked back.Overall, the service was poor, and the handling of that first night’s issues ruined the stay for us.Wouldn’t recommend — there are better places nearby that are more honest about what they offer and treat their guests with respect.

Liked: Great neighborhood! Convenient to visit my son. Clean and updated rooms. Staff is always available and helpful.
Disliked: The restaurant could have more and longer hours.
