Lovely Hotel and rooms but...

Liked: Rooms were lovely with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge
Disliked: Bit far out if you are sightseeing but we like that, only negative thing I have to say is we don’t feel like a guest no greetings, no mini bar in the room nothing special about the hotel or staff that made us to want to come back and we were already a returning guest with two rooms this time. It was also our wedding anniversary and I spoke them ahead about doing something special but nothing….

Liked: The staff were fantastically good. The service was way above expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet and far bigger than expected vs elsewhere in the city

Liked: Beautiful property in the heart of Seaport and overlooking the Brooklyn Bridge. Biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in for NYC! And the staff was easily a 10/10. They were helpful, kind, and so positive.

Liked: Room was a good size for a twin share and nicely layed out and decorated. We were on a higher floor and got a view of the Brooklyn Bridge which was great.
Disliked: We weren't sure about where to get breakfast or go to the bar for food as it looked closed most of the time we were there.It's a quieter neighbourhood so not alot going on but the subway and Brooklyn Bridge are both a short walk.
