Liked: Great location, excellent team (shout out to Tommy and AJ) and friendly housekeeping. The location is fantastic- lots of cool places to visit and see near the hotel. It is a short walk from Brooklyn Bridge.
Disliked: I wasn’t able to access the rooftop, which was disappointing as that was a big attraction to the booking.

Liked: It was a truly special stay for us – the staff there is incredibly friendly and helpful. They really managed to fulfill all our wishes.We were given a beautiful room with a view of the Brooklyn Bridge – such a treat!The bathroom was spacious and full of light, and overall the rooms are quite large for New York standards. Even with our four suitcases, we had plenty of space.We had never stayed in the Seaport area before, and we absolutely loved it – you’re quickly over the bridge in Dumbo, but also just a short walk away from so many great neighborhoods in Manhattan. And right outside the hotel, you’ll find amazing restaurants as well.The hotel has a lot of charm thanks to its interior design and furnishings – there’s a subtle nautical feel to it, which adds to its character. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel.

Disliked: My room window wax wide open when I checked in. There was construction outside my window every day. I switched rooms but got a smaller room with no view. I asked for a roll away bed and didn’t receive one. I had to call back many times to get an extra bed. The phone was confusing to use in the rooms.
