Disliked: Heater in shower room was not working so it was a bit cold when shower. Exhaust fan in the bedroom was not working too & we need to keep the bedroom's door opened to let air circulated

Liked: For anybody who is unsure where to stay in Dunedin, this is your place! Perfect location for good food and central to everything you need. The room was nice and clean, comfortable and very affordable! Staff were very professional and nice to deal with. Highly recommend.
