A location with opportunity which...
Liked: The location is really good.And the fact the building has history is very cool.
Disliked: We had a luxury suite, which was small for the 4 of us. The beds were to short and narrow, it was more oversized 1 person bed than really a 2 person bed, and you could feel all springs of the matrass, which is fine if you like that but we don't.The shower head needs cleaning as now the water was going in all directions making the complete badroom wet.

Not value for money £340.20...
Liked: A very historic hotel. We stayed just as the new company took over. Needs a bit of attention to the areas that are a bit warn and ratty
Disliked: We have paid twice for this stay, once to booking.com and again when we arrived at the hotel. At the hotel they promised us booking.com knew about the new company taking over and our payment to booking.com had gone to the former company and we will get a refund. They promised to email the details for me to claim back from booking.com. Nothing to date, booking.com said they don’t have this information and credit card company won’t refund without confirmation of the verbal statement from the hotel on the day we checked in and paid again. We have paid 2 x£170.10 and weeks after our stay still trying to get one of the payment refunded. It would have been cheaper for us to get a taxi home that night rather than stay over

A comfortable overnight stay.
Liked: The room was clean and tidy and the batjroom. Decorate, ambiance of the room.& hotel. Staff helpfull and polite.
Disliked: No swimming pool and the jacuzzi is only in some rooms.

Liked: Nothing as when we got there the hotel had closed down
Disliked: That we were nothing informed by Booking.com that the hotel had closed down a couple of months ago. We had to look for another hotel in a busy city.
