Disgusted
Disliked: The hotel wad closed when we arrived. The hotel had gone bust. We had to get a new hotel. No one informed us of this. Not very happy.

Incredibly annoyed to discover the...
Liked: There was nothing to like as we could not stay at the property due to it being CLOSED DOWN.
Disliked: The fact that when we arrived at the property, we discovered it had CLOSED DOWN. We then had to hurriedly find alternative and last minute accomodation for the weekend.

shocking , disgusting service ,...
Disliked: We travelled for two hours been the comic con event as we have a weekend pass . we then travelled to the hotel to be locked up as it has gone under . we had no where to stay !! we had emails from booking.com saying they were looking forward to seeing us . even one explaining the roof top bar was closed .i then had to ring round numerous hotels to see if they could house three of us . luckily the resident did as we would have had to travel back to then travel back to comic con on the Sunday.no information from booking.com if I book hotel I would strongly recommend ringing the hotel before you .

Liked: Hi. I have already messaged about this but had no response. We turned up to this hotel and it was closed. We were there for a surprise dinner for my friends 40th which I missed due to having to book another hotel. I’d like to raise a complaint about this.

Liked: Hotel closed no notification nothing, luckily for me I chose the free cancellation. So a post on liverpool echo or I would have turned up. Managed to get a last minute at the travel inn around the corner. Disappointed that booking.com didn't know

Disliked: When we arrived the gate was locked and the company had gone into liquidation!!! We were left high and dry with nowhere to stay on Grand National weekend!!!
