Not worth the money and...

Disliked: The place has clearly not been cleaned properly when we arrived. For example the arm chair next to the bed was full of sand and completely unusable.We also noticed that one of the doors to the outside could not be locked so we messaged the owner right away. After we haven’t heard back within about half an hour, I gave them a call. The woman was completely dismissive of any issues, insinuated I was lying, told us there’s nothing she can do given how late it is in the day and that we should have called earlier even though we couldn’t have known there were issues before we arrived…She essentially told us that the cleaners work to a really high standard so she doesn’t believe that the room is dirty. She also said it’s ridiculous that I complain about a missing lock for an outside door because it’s a back door and she felt like nobody can break in there. She didn’t apologize about any of the issues or offer any solutions.Even without these issues, I would not recommend staying at this place though because for the price you can definitely do better in Fremantle.The room is literally 5 m away from the property’s pool and the entire side facing that area is made of glass so everyone hanging out there can directly look into the room and watch you unless you close the blackout curtains. It’s really not good value for money. The only good thing about it is the big modern bathroom.

Horrible stay

Liked: Nothing much.
Disliked: We had a horrible night staying at this hotel as our neighbours came back in the middle of the night and started partying with loud music in their room. We called the hotel owner but the owner didn’t do anything about it. We were quite scared because the neighbours sounded drunk and we had a baby with us. Also there was no elevator in this accommodation so we had to walk up and down some narrow stairs with our baby to get to the room. We definitely would not come back to this hotel in the future.
