Good location if you need...

Liked: Good location if you need access yo the bus station. Staff was always friendly when we interacted.
Disliked: Breakfast was a bit limited and pricy for no hot food. No elevator in building and no A/C in rooms.

Perfect little city break. Exceptional...

Liked: Lovely little hotel in the heart of Edinburgh, great location and very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptional though and made the whole stay for us even more special. I had mentioned that we were visiting Edinburgh for my birthday and after a day of exploring the city, we came back to our room and found a hand written card, a little bottle of whisky and balloons scattered across the bed. What a wonderful little surprise it was. Can’t thank the staff enough for a great little stay. Highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Edinburgh!

Great location, small personal service

Liked: The staff went above and beyond to help celebrate a birthday while we were there. Bubbles, chocolates, balloons and banners in the room whilst we were out.
Disliked: Private party in the bar when we arrived which meant we couldn't get a drink on arrival and weren't prepared informed of the event.

Great Room & Location

Liked: Loved the hotel, the room, and the flexibility of staff. Communication was also excellent, as were the directions for our late check-in.
Disliked: We only got to stay one night :( The bed was also a little too stiff.

Exceptional

Liked: We love the location, just around the corner from the station. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted very warmly and given excellent advice on places to go, things to do, and experience. The room was finished to a very nice standard with lovely high ceilings, and while the floor area wasn't massive, it was plenty for my brother and I. Overall very very happy with our experience and will absolutely be recommending to anyone we know who travel to Edinburgh!
